St. John's Week in Anfeh

St. John's Week.

People in Anfeh celebrate St. John's (the Baptist) Week [St. John Monastery] from the 1st to the 7th of July of every year.

This year's celebration was special because of the inauguration of the pergolas at St. John Monastery in addition to the many activities (e.g. plays, games, exhibits, ...etc.) that attracted people (especially kids) from Anfeh and the neighborhood.

Below are some pictures from the event. The pictures are taken by Mr. Georges Mikhael Sassine. Move the mouse over a picture to read a description about it. Click on a picture to view a larger version of it.
