To encourage education among the young people of Anfeh, we recognized 5 university graduates last year. We will recognize 4 this year. Please come forward as your name is called:

- Mario Malkoun graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Medicine, in Australia. We will send him the certificate by mail.

- Josephine El-Massih graduated with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration

- Charlotte Deeb graduated with an Associate’s degree in Computer Science

- Tony Daaboul graduated with an Associate’s degree in Computer Science

Congratulations! We wish you all the best.

Lealune…

Lealune is a 3-year old girl in Anfeh who has been battling brain cancer for more than 2 years. I will let you learn more about her condition and the hard financial situation of her parents from an interview with her mother. (PLAY…)

Anfeh.com slogan is a quote by Gibran Khalil Gibran: “It is well to give when asked but it is better to give unasked, through understanding." Lealune’s parents didn’t ask for help, but we offered it to them, and they accepted it with dignity. They are very grateful for your support and wish you and your families the best in health. On behalf of them, I thank you very much for giving them hope and helping them in their struggle to improve the health of their little innocent daughter.

The End…

An English philosopher said: “All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good people do nothing”.

Evil is in the form of illness in the case of Lealune, but it can be in many other forms as selfishness, hatred, divisions, assassinations, and wars. Yes, evil can have different forms, but with all of them, there are always good people such as yourselves. Together we can do a lot; let’s always work together for the good of our society, and evil shall not triumph among us.

God bless you. Thank you and enjoy the evening.
