Saints Simon and Michael Church.

Saint Simon and Michael Church was built during the Byzantine area. It consists of two altars in one building, one for Saint Simon and one for Saint Michael. It is the only 2-saint church in Anfeh.Saint Simon altar.

Although the church is for two saints, most people in Anfeh and the area call it Saint Simon (Mar Semaan) Church.

Saint Simon's day is on the 1st of September. On August 31st and September 1st every year, people visit the church  to pray, light candles. Usually, a celebration party takes place in the church square the night of August 31st.

In the 1990s, the church was renovated: Its inside was cleaned; its main entrance was restores; its square was cleaned, and a platform was built to be used as a stage in events; trees were planted around it; ...etc.

The church is registered in the public list of monumental buildings, based on an official resolution (number 475, date 10/21/1959).
