Modernizing and Expanding St. George Church Hall |

The municipality of Anfeh took a decision to help modernize and expand the hall at St. George Church in Anfeh. The hall is part of the House of the Parish that includes a public clinic (mustawsaf), a public computer lab, and a conference room. In addition, most activities of the Orthodox Youth Movement take place in it. Hence, it is an important facility for Anfeh. Currently, the hall is not big enough to accommodate people who visit it during events (holidays, weddings, funerals, ...etc.) , and it also has some unfinished space that needs finishing. Hence, the municipality of Anfeh and many people from Anfeh think it is very important to modernize and expand it in order to improve it and make it more convenient for people. As of the first estimate announced by the municipality, the project will cost $100,000. The municipality currently has $50,000 to spend on the project, and it asked the people from Anfeh overseas to raise another $50,000 for the project. Anfeh.com team is supporting this project and working hard to help raise the necessary funds.
